Photography Booking & Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing Madeline Photography to capture your special moments. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking and payment policies below:
Minimum Booking Requirement
All photography sessions require a minimum booking of two (2) hours.
Retainer & Reservation Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time slot.
Your session is not confirmed until the retainer payment has been received. This retainer guarantees that your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance (50%) is due prior to the release of your full gallery. Final edited images will be delivered once the balance has been paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
If a session is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time, an additional 30% of the total session fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
This policy is in place due to the short notice and the inability to rebook the reserved time slot.
